ITINERARY

Private Mekong Delta ( My Tho – Ben Tre)

Depart from Ho Chi Minh city for the Mekong Delta in a 70 km trip in an air-con car/van and enjoy the beautiful scenery along the road. The first stop will be Vinh Trang Pagoda – the biggest Pagoda in Mekong Delta which was built during the first half of the 19th century to emerge in the religious and cultural space. The second stop will be My Tho. From here, you will be taking a boat trip through the river, passing through floating fish rafts, houses along many other great views.

After arriving at Thai Son island, there will be upcoming activities waiting for you:

Visiting a honey farm, you will get to learn about the process of producing honey and how to collect royal jelly, you will also get to have a taste of wonderful honey tea on the spot.

Tourist trams or tuk tuk will then transport you to a local house where you can enjoy fresh tropical fruits and Don Ca Tai Tu, a traditional form of western Vietnamese singing art performed by the villagers.

Walking deep into the village, passing through fruit gardens and you will reach the rowing boats. After traveling on the rowing boats, big motor boats will be waiting for you, continuing your journey to the coconut candy factory, then restaurant for a local cuisine lunch. Bikes will be available at the restaurants. After lunch, if there is any spare time, you will have 15 minutes to walk or cycle around the village.

Finally, you will ride the boat back to where the car/ van awaits, say goodbye to the beautiful Mekong Delta, depart for Ho Chi Minh city, ending an unforgettable journey.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation policy for deposited Tours:
1. If you cancel your booking, your deposit will not be refunded
2. If you are a “no-show” on the morning of the trip, for whatever reason, you will lose your deposit
Cancellation policy for full charged Tours:
1. Up to 24 hours before the start of the activity: full refund
2. Less than 24 hours before the start of the activity or in the event of a no-show: no refund
3. Flight delayed, food poisoning, getting sick, unable to attend tour. Under those circumstances, we agree to reschedule your start date with an additional charge of 50% of the total tour cost
The refund is done using the same payment method. In the event of credit cards which are charged monthly, the amount shall be credited at the end of the current invoicing period. The exact time of the refund depends on the user’s credit card agreement. The refund by bank transfer shall be done within seven bank working days.
