Tour Summary

Day 1:

• Car Pick up hotel in Hoi An Transfer to Da Nang Airport
• Flight ticket to Ha Noi  Vietravel airline : code VU368 AT 8:30-9:50AM

      – Car pick up Noi Bai Airport transfer to Ha Noi ( check in hotel Ha Noi )

• Free time

Day 2: Ha Noi City Tour ( Small Group Tour)

• 7:00- 7.30:Get picked up by our friendly guide and start to explore Hanoi City
• 45: Arrive at Tran Quoc Pagoda located on Golden Fish IsLand in West Lake
• It is the oldest pagoda in Ha Noi built in the 6th
• 30:Visit Ho Chi Minh complex, you have a chance to see the embalmed body of  Ho Chi Minh then walk around the garden to see 2 houses where he lived & worked from 1954 to 1969. Then visit One Pillar Pagoda where worships the Godess of Mercy – It is the most unique padoga in the world
• Should dress modestly by covering from shoulders to knees when visiting Ho Chi Minh mausoleum, temples, pagodas…
• Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum is closed on Mondays and Fridays.
• Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum is closed at least 2 months (15thJune -15thAugust) for the annual maintaining but still can take picture Mausoleum and visit around that area
• 15:Visit Vietnam Ethnology Museum to learn about the culture of 54 ethnic groups living in the whole country of Vietnam
• Special Note :we will visit Women Museum instead of Ethnology Museum closed on Mondays
• 45:Have lunch at our restaurant. You have an opportunity to enjoy Vietnamese cuisine
• with 8 delicious dishes.
• 00-14.15 :Continue to visit Temple of Literature – the first university of Vietnam, established in the 11 century
• 15:Leave for Hoa Lo Prison Museum which originally used by the French colonists in Indochina for political prisoners, and later by North Vietnam for U.S. prisoners of war during the Vietnam War. During this later period, it was known to American POWs as the “Hanoi Hilton
• 15 -16.30:Tour finishes. Back to hotel

Day 3:   Free Day till evening get Train from HANOI – SAPA

• 21:00–22:00: Pick-up at Hanoi Old Quarter/Opera House/office.
• Depart for Sapa. Overnight on the train.

 SAPA – CAT CAT VILLAGE – TOWN CENTER

• Meals: Breakfast – Lunch – Dinner
• 05:30–06:00: Arrive in Sapa. Guide picks you up and transfers to hotel for luggage storage – breakfast.
• 08:30: Visit Cat Cat Village, the most beautiful village in Sapa:
• Tien Sa Waterfall
• Traditional H’Mong house
• Cultural performance area
• Water wheels, flower paths, streams & scenic photo spots
• 11:30: Lunch at a local restaurant. Check in to the hotel and rest.
• Afternoon: Free time to explore Sapa Town – Central Square, Stone Church, Sun Plaza.
• 18:30: Dinner at restaurant. Free evening to enjoy Sapa by night, street food, and cloud hunting.

DAY 4: FANSIPAN MOUNTAIN – To Ninh Binh

• Meals: Breakfast – Lunch
• 07:00: Breakfast at the hotel.
• 08:30: Transfer to the cable car station to conquer Fansipan – 3,143m, the “Roof of Indochina”:
• Thanh Van Dac Lo
• Great Buddha Statue (Amitabha)
• Bich Van Pagoda
• Ascend to Fansipan Summit (mountain train optional).
• 12:00: Lunch at restaurant.
• 13:30: Return to hotel, check out bus back to Ninh Binh
• 21:00–22:00: Arrive in Ninh Binh . End of the tour.

Day 5: BAI DINH – HOA LU – TRANG AN – MUA CAVE

(SMALL GROUP TOUR)

• Arrive at Trang An, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, for a peaceful boat ride.

• 16:00 PM – Hike to Mua Cave Sunset Viewpoint
• Arrive at Mua Cave and start the climb up 500 stone steps to the peak.

Day 6: Ninh Binh – Tuan Chau Harbor – Lan Ha Bay – Dark & Bright Cave (Lunch/Dinner)

• 08:00 – 08:30You will be picked up from your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter Streets and transfer to Tuan Chau harbor by shuttle bus
• (If the transfer is booked with Dragon bay Premium Cruise).
• 11:45 Arrive at Tuan Chau harbor.
• 11:45 – 12:30 Transfer by tender boat to Dragonbay Premium Cruise.
• 12:30 The Cruise Manager and crew member welcome you onboard with guiding information and safety briefing. Enjoy a fabulous lunch in our restaurant.
• During lunch time, our cruise starts to sail through the magnificent Lan Ha Bay, a geological extension of Halong Bay which is less visited, less inhabited and therefore has the extra appeal of being a more peaceful place.
• Check in your cabin.
• 14:30 – 16:00Visit Bright Cave by bamboo boat rowed by the local fishermen, a serene round lake surrounded by lush trees and high stone cliffs.
• 16:00 – 17:00 Explore Lan Ha bay by doing kayaking around Tra Bau or enjoy swimming in the emerald water.
• 17:00 We return to Dragonbay Premium Cruise and join some interesting activities such as cooking demonstration, sunset party and relaxing on the sundeck to catch the daily spectacular of a gorgeous panorama.
• Don’t miss the Happy Hour at our bar as well.
• After that, the captain will let the cruise stop at a quiet area of the bay.
• 19:00 A special dinner of fresh seafood and an assortment of appetizing delicacies will be served.
• 20:45 In the late evening, take your leisure time to chat at the bar, playing games, squid fishing, singing karaoke …

Day 7  : Lan Ha bay – Tuan Chau Harbor – Hanoi (Breakfast/Brunch)

• 06:00 Be an early riser and attend healthy Tai Chi practice on the sundeck. Sunrise photography is awesome.
• 06:30 – 07:15 Enjoy breakfast in the restaurant.
• 07:20 – 8:20 Hop on Tender cruise, we’ll take you on a sightseeing tour for the scenery of Lan Ha bay you may have missed.
• 09:00 – 09:30 It’s time to pack your things, do the check-out procedure. Make sure not to forget your belongings. 
• 10:00 Enjoy brunch on the cruise.
• 10:45 Travel on a tender boat back to Tuan Chau Harbor. Make your farewell to the crew. 
• 11:45 – 12:00 Get into the shuttle bus for a return to Hanoi.
• 15:00 – 15:30 Drop off at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter.

Day 8:  Car Drop Off to Noi Bai Airport

–  Flight Noi Bai to Da Nang: by  Bamboo Airline : QH135 AT 11:50 – 13:15

– Car pick up Da Nang transfer to Hoi An

CANCELLATION POLICY

• 30 or More Days – 100% of total purchase amount can be refunded (Deduct Domestic Airfare as it is completely non-refundable)
• 16 – 29 Days Prior to Departure Date – 75% of total purchase amount can be refunded (Deduct Domestic Airfare as it is completely non-refundable)
• 07 – 15 Days Prior to Departure Date – 50% of total purchase amount can be refunded (Deduct Domestic Airfare as it is completely non-refundable)
• 0 – 06 Days Prior to Departure Date – Non-refundable
• Please note that cancellation fees are calculated based on the date we receive your Cancellation Request via email and travel service start date.

If a tour is scheduled to depart within the next 6 days, we will not change a traveler’s departure date and will not offer a refund.

All cancellations must be made directly with Hiep Hoi An Travel

In most cases, reservations paid by wire transfer, cash deposit, or money order/traveler’s check/cashier’s check will be refunded via PayPal or Bank Transfer. FOR REFUNDS PROCESSED BY PAYPAL/ BANK TRANSFER WITH ANY ASSOCIATED FEE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE OVERALL REFUND AMOUNT.

What CAN be Refunded:

• Some tours may require a minimum number of travelers to operate. The affected traveler will be fully refunded or may choose a similar tour product as a substitute. Should this occur, it would be under very rare circumstances.
• Please note that the product substitute chosen by the traveler may be more expensive than the original product and therefore may be subject to an additional cost.
• Any additional refunds based on extenuating circumstances will depend on the individual tour operator.

What CANNOT be Refunded:

• All hotel and tour schedules are arranged ahead of time. Any person failing to appear on the day of departure will not be refunded.
• No refund will be given for any portions of the tour unused by the traveler after tour departure regardless of circumstances.
• Airfare is completely non-refundable and non-changeable for tours when airfare is included in the final price.
• Hotel extensions and Instant Confirmation products (admission tickets, city passes, etc.) cannot be exchanged or refunded once confirmed.
